How to copy User Power for Another User in Marg Software?
Ans.1
- Go to Masters > Password & powers > Operator's.
- A 'Password & Authority' window will appear.
- The user will press 'F4' key on the user for which the power needs to be copied.
- Suppose select '001'.
- A 'Copy Power' window will appear.
- In 'Copy form Id', the user will mention the user name from which the powers needs to be copied.
- Suppose mention 'A'.
- Then in 'Save', the user will select 'Yes' then press 'Enter' key.
- Then an alert of 'Copied Successfully!' will appear.
- The user will now press 'ESC' key and then click on 'Yes.
- From the main window, the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key and then enter the user Id and password.
- A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password.
- A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' Key.
After following the above steps, the user power will get copied for another user in Marg Software.
