Cause:

This issue appears due to Operator's Computer Name is fixed in Operator Details. so, whenever the operator try to login on another system then 'Operator Not Allowed on this Computer' alert will appear.

The user can easily resolve the Operator Not Allowed alert which appears at the time of particular user login.

In order to resolve Operator Not Allowed, the user must follow the below mentioned steps:

• Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's.

• A 'Password & Authority' window will appear.

• The user will press 'F3' key on the user for which alert appears.

• Suppose select '001'.

• An 'Operator Details' window will appear.

• In 'Computer' option, the user will remove name.

• The user will press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now, an 'Exit' window will appear.

• The user will click on 'Yes'.

• Now for relogin, the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen of the system.

• A 'Change User' window will appear.

• The user will mention the 'User ID' and 'Password'.

• A 'Change User' window will appear, the user will keep pressing 'Enter' key.

After following the above steps, the Operator can be easily Login in Marg Software.
