If All Main Companies are not showing for particular user then how to resolve this issue in Marg Software ?

Cause: This issue appears due to customer has ban main company extension or branch code from Password and Power for particular user.

Suppose there is an Company 'Marg ERP Ltd.' which is not showing for particular user.

In order to show All Companies, the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Firstly, Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's.

  • A 'Password & Authority' window will appear.
  • Select the user to make the desired changes.

  • A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will selectSearch In All’.

  • A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will search 'Company' .
  • Click on ‘Accept’.

  •  A 'Company' window will appear.
  • In 'Few Company S-Branch Code Y-Extensions  N-All' option, the user will select 'N'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key.

  • Again press 'ESC' key and then click onYesto save the changes.

  • A 'Powers Change' POP-UP will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' key.

  • Again press 'ESC' key and then click on ‘Yes’.

  • Now in order to Re- login, the user will press 'Ctrl + U' key on the main screen of the software

  • A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password.

  • A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' Key.

After following the above steps, all main companies will show in list of companies.
