With the help of the Marg ERP software you can set either your operator can only view the bills of even series or of odd series.

In order to know the process follow the given steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters > Password & Powers > Operator's. Press Enter.

• A Password & Authority window will appear.

• Select the user to make changes. Press Enter.

• A Powers window will appear in which the user will select ‘Search In All’.

• A Powers window will appear in which the user will search 'Display Bill' .

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A Display Bill Window will appear.

• In 'Bills & Entries A-All O-Own S-Own Same Date e-Even o-Odd' the user will  select 'e' for 'Even' or select 'o' for 'Odd'.

• Suppose, select 'e'.

• The user will now press Esc key.

• Again press Escape key and then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• A ‘Powers Change’ Pop-Up will appear and then the user will press ESC key.

• Press Escape key and then click on ‘Yes’.

• Now for Re- login the user will press Ctrl + U on the main screen. 

• A Change User window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password.

• A Change User window will appear in which the user will press ESC Key.

After following the above steps the user can only view the bills of even series or vice versa.
