If Sale Bills does not display for particular user in Sale Book window then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

In Marg Software if Bills does not show in software for particular user then this issue can be easily resolve easily.

In order to display All bill to User, the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Go toMasters > Password & Powers > Operator's.

  • A 'Password & Authority' window will appear.
  • Select the user to make changesPress 'Enter' key.

  • A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will select ‘Search In All’.

  • A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will search 'Own'.
  • Now click on ‘Accept’.

  • An 'Own' window will appear.
  • In ’Operator Show A-All O-Own S-Own Same Date Bills and Entries', the user will select ‘A’.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key.

  • Again press 'ESC' key and then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

  • A 'Powers Change' POP-UP will appear and then the user will press 'ESC' key.

  • Press 'ESC' key and then click on ‘Yes’.

  • Now for Re- login the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen. 

  • A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password.

  • A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' Key.

After following the above steps, Bill will get Display for particular User in Marg Software.

Note : If problem remain same then the user needs to Run Error Checking.
