If " User could not changed during hot keys " alert appears while Changing user then how to resolve it in Marg ERP Software ?

In Marg ERP Software, if user could not changed during hot keys alert appears while changing the user then this issue can be resolve easily.

In order to resolve user could not changed during hot keys alert, the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's.

  • The user will select the operator to make desired changes.
  • Suppose select '02' and press 'Enter' key.

  • The user will click on Search In All’ option.

  • The user will search 'Hot Keys' and click on the 'Accept' button.

  • In 'Allowed All Work in My Menu/HotKeys' option, the user will select 'Y'.

  • Press 'Esc' key.

  • Click on 'Yes' button.

  • A 'Powers Change' POP-UP will appear in which the user will press 'Esc' key.

  • Click on 'Yes' button.

  • Now, for Re login the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen. 

  • Enter the User ID and Password.

  • Press 'Esc' key.

After following the above steps, the user can resolved user could not changed during hot keys alert while switching user in Marg ERP Software.
