If at the time of opening software the password window does not open then this issue can be resolved by following the below steps:

•  Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Delete Computer Passwords.

• Thereafter a password deleted window will appear. Click on 'Ok'.

After following the above steps, the software will get asked for a password While opening
