How to Freez Purchase Voucher in Marg Software?

In Marg Software, The user can prevent changes with the help of 'Freez Data' option it helps user to Freez their Data of particular Module as per the requirement.

In order to Freez Purchase Voucher, the user must follow the below mentioned steps:

  • Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Freez Data.

  • A 'Freez Data' window will appear.
  • In 'Purchase' the user will mention till date of 'Freez Data'.
  • Suppose mention '12-12-2022'.
  • Now, click on 'Accept'

After following the above steps, the user can view Freezed Purchase Voucher in Marg Software.
