If at the time of creating PD Cheques/Cash entry, the collection of M.R. window is appear and the user needs to disable it, then it can be done easily.

In order to disable the above window, the user will follow the below steps:

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search “MR From”.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'MR From' window will appear.

• In 'In Receipt/Payment Salesman from Bill / Ask Per Entry' option, the user will select 'B'.

• The user will now press 'Esc' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the MR window will get disabled from the PD Cheques/Cash window.
