Cause:

The reason for KOT showing in Purple Color is because of the Cashier did not clear the KOT from the Pendings.

In order to Clear the KOT from the Pendings, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Transactions > Pendings > Cashier.

• A 'Cashier Pendings' window will appear.

• The user will press '+' key to select the KOT which needs to be cleared.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' key or Plus '+' key to select a particular KOT or Press Asterisk '*' key to select All KOT.

• Now, the user will press 'Enter' key.

• A window will appear to clear the selected KOT.

• The user will select the 'Receipt'.

• A 'Cash Receipt Bill' window will appear.

• In 'Cash Receive' the software will auto pick the bill amount, keep pressing 'Enter' key to save. 

After following the above steps, the user can view the KOT color will get changed.
