How to create Phone Directory in Marg Software ?
Ans.1
- Go to Hot Keys > Personal Directory Or Press 'Ctrl+F1' on main window of software.
- A 'Personal Telephone Diary' window will appear.
- The user will press 'F2' to add contact details in Phone Directory.
- A 'Detail' window will appear.
- The user will mention the details and mobile number as per the requirement.Press 'PageDown' key.
- Then press 'ESC' key to save and exit from this window .
After following the above steps, the user can create phone directory in Marg Software.
