OVERVIEW OF PHARMANXT FREE DRUG HELPLINE IN MARG ERP SOFTWARE

• PharmaNXT free drug helpline feature enables pharma distributors and retailers to easily view complete information of a particular item i.e. which company’s item is currently available, its MRP, in which packing that particular item is available and can check the location wise availability of suppliers etc.

• This feature makes it even more convenient to find a substitute in case of shortage of any item of the same salt composition in different units.

PROCESS OF PHARMANXT FREE DRUG HELPLINE OPTION IN MARG ERP SOFTWARE

• On the main screen, click on ‘Pharmanxt Free Drug Helpline’.

• When the user clicks on Pharmanxt option for the first time, an alert message of the registered E-mail ID is displayed by the software.

• Click on ‘Ok’.

• A ‘PharmaNxt-Free Helpline’ window will appear where the user can view that all the information has been auto filled on the basis of the registered E-mail ID. 

From here, the user can easily register their company/firm.

All fields are mandatory to fill. 

a. Type: Here, the company type is shown in which the user is working. Suppose, Retailer.

b. Name: The user can view the Company name. Suppose, Sai Narayan Chemist.

c. Address: The user can view the address of the company. Suppose, 1^st Floor, Roshanara Plaza, Roshanara Road, Delhi.

d. Registered E-mail ID: The user can view the Registered E-mail ID. Suppose, margtutorial@gmail.com. 

e. Mobile No: The user can view the Mobile no. Suppose, 9818506377.

f. Pin Code: The user can view the Pin-Code. Suppose, 110007.

g. Contact Person: The user will enter the name of the contact person. Suppose, Raj Kishore Ahuja.

h. Contact No.: The user will enter the contact no. of that person. Suppose, enter 9818506377.

i. Latitude & Longitude: The user can view that both Latitude and Longitude has been displayed on the basis of the company.

1. If the Latitude and Longitude is not shown, then the user will click on ‘Get My Location’ 

2. A ‘Change Location’ window will appear.

3. Now, the user can set the Latitude and Longitude on the basis of ‘As per Address’ and ‘Current Location’. 

4. After filling the Latitude and Longitude, the user will Click on ‘Save’.

j. Search Within: This means that the user will enter the kilometre of the radius in order to search the distributors, chemist etc.

• After filing the details, the user will click on ‘Send OTP’ in order to verify the Mobile No. 

The Registration process will not get completed if the Mobile No. is not verified. Once the Registration process gets completed, the user can easily utilize the services of PharmaNxt free of cost. 

• Click on ‘Submit & Save’.

• Now, an ‘Item Search’ window will appear.

• If the user requires to change any information, then click on ‘Change My Info’ and can do the changes as per the requirement.

• After this the user will mention the name of any item which needs to be searched here or if the user requires then can also search a particular item after entering the first three characters. Like suppose, enter “B E S T”.

• So, the user can now see that the items that start from these three characters “B E S T” is displayed.

• The user can view strength of the particular items and their type.

Like, whether an item is an injection, tablet or capsule etc.

• Similarly, the user can also view the packing & M.R.P of the particular item.

• Then the user can view that which item is of which company, their HSN code & GST percentage.

• After this, if the user needs to view the substitute of any item like if the user wants to view the substitute of ‘BESTOCOLD’ item, then ‘double click on this item’ or ‘press enter key’ or ‘click on ‘Search’.

• So, the user can view the item details of BESTOCOLD item along with the party details of the particular item.

Like, the user can view the name, phone number, mobile number of the supplier of BESTOCOLD item and along with this can also view that this supplier is in how many kilometer of radius and is in which area.

• If the user wants to view the detail of any particular party, then click on ‘Search’.

• Then a ‘Party Master’ window will appear in which the user can view the details of the particular party.

• The user can also view the salt details of the item from the right side.

• Now, if the user wants to view any salt details like to view the salt detail of ‘Paracetamol’ then simply click on that and in this way the salt details of paracetamol will get displayed.

• If the user will click on ‘Search’ then the information of salt will get displayed on Google.

• Besides this, the user can also click on ‘i’ icon corresponding to that item in order to search it on Google. 

Suppose, click on ‘i’ icon corresponding to ‘BESTOCOLD’ item.

• So, the user can view the information of the medicine on Google i.e. which type of medicine it is, it’s manufacturing details etc. 

• Now, press ‘Escape’ key to exit from PharmaNXT window.

• After this, the user can also view the search salt button and by clicking on it the user can search the salt detail of any item.

• Like, if the user enters on ‘Paracetamol’ then can view that all salt details of paracetamol will be displayed.

• Now, the next button is ‘Map Company’ and by clicking on it a map company window will appear.

• Here, the user will map the companies and must remember that the distributors will only be displayed to the retailer on the basis of the companies mapped here.

• If the user want, then can click on ‘Auto Map’ to map the companies automatically.

• As the user will click on Auto map a message of ‘Are you sure to process Auto Mapping?’ will appear in which the user will click on ‘Yes’.

• The user can view that 3 companies have been mapped.

• The user must also remember one thing that the companies which are on PharmaNXT only those companies will get mapped.

• Besides this the user can also click on ‘Map’ to manually map the companies.

Like, if the user want to map CADILLA PHARMA.

• Now, search and select the company with which the user want to map the company.

• Suppose, select 'CADILLA PHARMA'.

• And in this way the software will ask ‘Are you sure to map CADILLA PHARMA ltd. with CADILLA PHARMACEUTICALS Ltd.?’

• Click on ‘Yes’.

• Then the user can view that the company has been mapped.

• After this, if the user want then can also unmap any particular company.

• Then press escape key to exit the PharmaNXT window.

• Now, press ‘CTRL+ I’ to view the item list.

• An ‘items’ window will appear in which the user can view the ‘i’ icon below on the right-hand side.

• The user can open the ‘PharmaNXT’ window by clicking on ‘i’ icon from the Items window.
