If at the time of verifying OTP while Registering Pharma Next Helpline, software shows an error of 'Incorrect Mobile Number' then how to resolve it in Marg Software?

If software shows an error 'Incorrect Mobile Number' at the time verifying OTP while Registering Pharma Next Helpline then it can easily be resolved in Marg Software:

  • Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.


  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in all’.

  • A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Mobile Number'.
  • Now click on ‘Accept’.

  • A 'Mobile Number' window will appear.
  • In 'Mobile No. Length' option, the user will mention '10'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

  • Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the error of 'Incorrect Mobile Number' will not appear at the time of Pharma Next Helpline Registration in Marg Software.
