If Print Preview does not display proper then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

In Marg Software, if Print Preview does not display properly, then it can be resolved easily.

1. The user needs to check Default Printer

2. The user needs to Change Screen Resolution.

1. Go to Masters > Marg Setup > Self Format.

2. A 'Self Format' window will appear. The user will now enter the password.

3. A 'Formats' window will appear. The user will select 'Invoice Format- GUI'. 

4. An 'Invoice Format- GUI' window will appear. In 'Format' field, enter the name of the format.

5. The user will now select 'Page Settings'.

6. A 'Page Setup-GUI-AC' window will appear. Click on 'Modify'.

7. In 'No. Of Items', the user will select 'Landscape' and press 'ESC' key.

Ans.3

1. Go to Masters > Marg Setup > Self Format.

2. A 'Self Format' window will appear. The user will now enter the password.

3. A 'Formats' window will appear. The user will select 'Invoice Format- GUI'. 

4. An 'Invoice Format- GUI' window will appear. In 'Format' field, enter the name of the format.

5. The user will now select 'Page Settings'.

6. A 'Page Setup-GUI-AC' window will appear. Click on 'Next'.

7. An 'Invoice Format' window will appear. The user will search 'Multi' and click on 'Accept'.

8. An 'Invoice Format Multi' window will appear. In 'Print Multi Gst detail Y-All/O-Others/No' option, the user will select 'O'.

9. Now Press 'ESC' key.
