In Marg ERP Software the user can set the operator wise printer port as per the requirement. In order to set printer port, firstly the user needs to do Printer Setup according to the operator.

• Then, Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's. Press Enter.

• A Password & Authority window will appear.

• Select the user to make the desired changes. Then Press Enter.

• A Powers window will appear in which the user will select ‘Printing’.

• A Printing window will appear in which the user will click on ‘Accept’.

• Again a Printing window will appear.

• In 'Printer Selection Setting' option, the user will select 'Operator wise printer'.

• The user will now press Esc key.

• Again press Escape key and then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• A 'Powers Change' POP-UP will appear in which the user will press ESC key.

• Again Press Escape key and then click on ‘Yes’.

• Now in order to Re- login, the user will press Ctrl + U on the main screen of the software. 

• A Change User window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password.

• A Change User window will appear in which the user will press ESC Key.

After following the above steps, the Print will be generated from the same printer which has been set for the user.
