In Marg ERP Software, the user can set the operator wise printer port as per the requirement. In order to set printer port, firstly the user needs to do Printer Setup according to the operator.

• Go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's.

• The user will select the operator to make desired changes.
• Suppose select '02' and press 'Enter' key.

• The user will click on 'Printing' option.

• Click on 'Accept' button.

• In 'Printer Selection Setting' option, the user will select 'Operator wise printer'.

• Press 'Esc' key.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

• A 'Powers Change' POP-UP will appear in which the user will press 'Esc' key.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

• Now, for Re login the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen. 

• Enter the User ID and Password.

• Press 'Esc' key.

After following the above steps, the Print will be generated from the same printer that has been set for the user in Marg ERP Software.
