In order to view Dispatch Summary Report on Profit & Loss Account, the user needs to follow the below steps :

• Press 'Ctrl+J' on 'Profit & Loss Account' window .

• A 'Switch Over' window will appear.

• Select 'Daily Report'.

• A 'Daily Report' window will appear .

• Select 'Daily Working'.

• A 'Daily Working' window will appear .

• Select 'Dispatch Summary '.

• Then a 'Dispatch Summary' window will appear.

• Feed Date Range from which date to which the report needs to be viewed.

• In 'Type' field, the user will select 'Sale' .

• Select other options as per user requirement.

• Then click on 'Accept'.

After follow the above steps, the Dispatch Summary Report will get displayed.
