• Go to Final Reports > Profit & Loss.

A 'Stock Valuation' window will appear with three options regarding updating Profit & Loss Stock:

No: If the user doesn’t need to view the updated Profit & Loss Statement, select 'No'.

Current Date: If the user needs to view the Profit & Loss Statement of only the Current Date, select 'Current Date'.

All Days: If the user needs to view the Profit & Loss Statement of all the Days, select 'All Days'.

Suppose select 'No'.

• A 'Profit & Loss A/C Upto' window will appear.

• The user will press 'F2' key.

• The user will select the month for e.g. 'April' in order to view the Transactions. 

• A 'Select' window will appear.

• The user will specify the date of the month i.e. from which date till the Profit & Loss statement needs to be viewed. (E.g. 1^st April 2018 to 30^th April 2018. Press 'Enter' key.

After following the above steps, the user can view the Profit & Loss statement as per the specified dates.
