If 'Update Cl. Stock on GP%' alert displays at the time of opening Profit & Loss A/C in Marg Software?
If at the time open profit & loss a/c software displays an alert 'Update Cl. Stock on GP%' then this issue can be resolved.
In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to follow the below steps:
- Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.
- A Control Room window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.
- A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Fix”.
- Now click on ‘Accept’.
- A Fix window will appear.
- In 'Fix G.P.% to calculate Stock Value on Profit & Loss' option, the user will remove the % which is display beside this option.
- The user will now press Esc key twice.
- Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
After following the above steps, the 'Update Cl. stock on GP%' will get removed from the profit & loss window.
