Cause: This issue appears if the user has not selected Trading A/C in the Item.

If Sale and Purchase balance not show in Profit & Loss in Mandi Setup then this issue can be easily resolve in Marg Software.

In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Mater > Inventory Mater > Item Mater.

• An 'Items' window will appear.

• The user will press 'F3' key on the Item whose balance is not showing in the Profit & Loss.

• Suppose select 'Rice'.

• A 'Modify Product' window will appear.

• In 'Trading A/C', the user will select 'No'.

• A 'Ledgers' window will appear.

• The user will select the type of Trading A/C as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'Rice Trading'. Press 'Enter' key.

• Now the user will press 'Ctrl+W' key to save.

• Then click on 'Yes' to save the changes.

• Now the user needs to Resave the All the Sale and purchase Bill.

After following the above steps, the Sale and Purchase balance will show in Profit & Loss .
