• Go to Final Reports > Profit & Loss.

• A 'Stock Valuation' window will appear.

• In 'Update Profit & Loss Stock?' option, the user will click on 'No'.

• The report of Profit & Loss will get Displayed.

• The user will press 'Alt+P' key.

• A 'Print' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Schedule VI- Profit & Loss'.

A 'Schedule VI - Profit & Loss' window will appear.

a. Nil Figure: The user will select 'Yes' to view report with Nil Figures.

b. Ledger Name: The user will select 'Ledger Name'.

c. Group Wise: The user will select 'Yes' to view report with group wise.

d. Detailed Sale: The user will select 'Yes' to view report with detailed sale.

e. Pur: The user will select 'Yes' to view report with purchase details.

f. Exp: The user will select 'Yes' to view report with expense details.

g. Stock: The user will select 'Yes' to view report with stock details.

h. Total: The user will select 'Yes' to view report with Total.

Click on 'View/Print' as per the requirement.

Suppose click on 'View'.

After following the above steps, the user can view the Schedule VI- Profit & Loss Report in Marg Software.
