How to view monthly Purchase Summary on profit & loss window in Marg Software?

• On the 'Profit & Loss A/C' window, the user will press 'Enter' on the purchase ledger.

• Now the user will press 'CTRL+F1' key on the ledger whose monthly balance needs to be viewed.

• A 'Type' window will appear. 

• The user will select 'Balance Summary'.

• A 'Group On' window will appear. 

• The user will select 'Account Group'.

• Now the user will press 'ALT+P' key to print the report.

• Now the user will select 'View/Print/Excel' as per the requirement.

• Suppose click on 'View'.

After following the above steps the user can easily view monthly purchase summary on profit & loss window.
