In order to view profit & loss A/c in excel/ PDF in Marg Software, the user needs to follow the below steps:

•  Go to Final report > Profit & loss .

• A 'Profit & Loss A/C Upto' window will appear.

• In 'Stock Valuation' window select option No/Current date/All date as per user requirement.

• Suppose user select 'No'

• A 'Profit & loss' account will be appear.

• Press 'Alt+P'.

• A 'Print' window will be appear.

•  Click on 'Profit & Loss account'.

• A 'Profit & Loss Account' window will be appear .

• Select other options as per requirement.

•  Then click on View/Print/Excel etc as per the user requirement.

• Suppose user select 'Excel'.

After following the above steps profit and loss A/C will be generate in excel.
