• Go to Final Reports > Profit & Loss.

The user will select the option as per the requirement.

a. No: In this case, the Profit & Loss Account will not update and will be displayed on the basis of the previous date.

b. Current Date: In this case, Profit & Loss A/C will be updated on the basis of the Current Date.

c. All Days: In this case, Profit & Loss A/c will display on the basis of All Days.

Suppose select 'No'.

• Now the user will press 'Alt+P' key.

• Click on 'Trading Account'.

• Thereafter, select the options and click on 'View/Print/Excel/Word/PDF/HTML' as per the requirement.
• Suppose click on 'View'.

After following the above steps, the user can view Trading Account will get generated in Marg Software.
