In order to view the company month wise purchase book the user needs to follow the below steps:-

• Go to Reports >> Purchase Analysis >> Item Wise Purchase >> Company Purchase Summary.

• A 'Company Selection'window will appear.

Note: The user can press plus '+' or 'Spacebar' key to select single company or press '*' key to select all companies.

• Then press 'Enter' key.

• A 'Selected Company Purchase Summary' window will appear in which the user will enter the Date range and select other options as per the user’s requirement.

• Then click on the 'View' button.

After following the above steps, the Company month wise purchase book will display.
