How to export consolidated Purchase Book in PDF Format in Marg Software?
Ans.1
- Go to Reports> Purchase Analysis. Press 'Enter'.
- A 'Consolidated Purchase Book' window will appear.
- The user will date range & select other filters as per the requirement.
- Then click on 'Accept' to view report.
- Now the user will press 'Alt+P' key.
- Now the user will click on 'View/Print/Excel' as per the requirement.
- Suppose click on 'View'.
- The user will select 'Only Last Total'.
- Now, click on PDF icon which is showing bottom of the window.
- Now click on 'PDF'.
- Thereafter, select printer port as per the requirement.
- Then click on 'Okay'.
- Thereafter the report of consolidated purchase book will get generated in PDF format.
