How to switch over to the Consolidated Purchase Book on Purchase Analysis window in Marg Software?
There are many reports under 'Purchase Analysis' report.
- Suppose: The user needs to switch over to Consolidated Purchase Book Report from the purchase book.
- Firstly, the user needs to press 'CTRL+J' on the purchase book window to view the Consolidated Purchase Book.
- A 'Switch Over' window will appear.
- The user will select 'Report Manager'. Press 'Enter'.
- A 'Reports Manager' Window will appear.
- The user will select 'Purchase Analysis'. Press 'Enter'.
- A 'Purchase Reports' window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Consolidated Purchase’. Press 'Enter'.
- A 'Consolidated Purchase Book' window will appear.
- The user will enter the date range and select other options as per the requirement.
- Then click on ‘Accept’.
After following the above steps, the user will switch over to Consolidated Purchase Book report.
