How to edit purchase order quantity at the time of load purchase order into purchase bill ?
If at the time of load purchase order into purchase bill user wants to edit order qty then this can be done.
Suppose, user needs to edit qty from 100 to 50.
In order to edit qty user needs to follow below steps:
- Firstly, user needs to press 'F2' function key on select item window.
- A Load quantity window will appear. In ' Qty', the user will enter "50".
- Press page down key and then press esc key to load qty into purchase bill.
- After that selected qty will load into purchase bill.
- Now, press Ctrl+W and click on 'Yes' under save changes window to save the details.
After following the above steps user can edit purchase order qty.
