In Marg Software, if an alert 'You Are Not Authorised to use this option' appears at the time of creating Purchase Order  then this issue can be resolved easily.

In order to resolve error 'You Are Not Authorised to use this option' the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Password & Powers > Operator's.

• A 'Password & Authority' window will appear.

• Select the user to make the desired changes. Then Press 'Enter' key.

• A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will select ‘Search In All’.

• A 'Powers' window will appear in which the user will search 'Purchase Order' .

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Purchase Order' Window will appear.

• In 'Purchase Order' the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key.

• Again press 'ESC' key and then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• A 'Powers Change' POP-UP will appear and then the user will press 'ESC' key.

• Press 'ESC' key and then click on ‘Yes’.

• Now for Re- login the user will press 'Ctrl+U' key on the main screen. 

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will enter the User ID and Password.

• A 'Change User' window will appear in which the user will press 'ESC' key.

After following the above steps, the user can easily Create Purchase Order .

If issue still remains the same, then user needs to follow the below steps:

• Check if the software shows an alert message to the user i.e. 'Please Verify your Computer' along with the steps/location provided to do the verification, the user needs to Verify License.
