• Go to Transactions > Purchase order > Modify.

• A 'Modify' window will appear.

• The user will select options as per the requriement i.e, bill no, bill date etc.

• A 'Purchase As On' window will appear.

• The user will press 'Alt+P' key.

A 'Report Filteration Box' window will appear.

a. Report/Challan: The user will select 'Report' to view Purchase order.

b. Report: The user will select on which format report needs to be generated i.e, list,simple,detail,etc.

c. From Date: The user will mention from which date report needs to be view.

d. To Date: The user will mention till which date report needs to be view.

Select other options as per the requriement.

Click on 'View/Print' as per the requriement.

Suppose click on 'View'.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the Party Wise Purchase Order will get dispalyed in Marg Software.
