•  Go to Transaction > Purchase Order > Modify.

• A 'Modify' window will appear. 

• The user will Select the options as per the Requirement i.e. bill no, bill date etc. and then press 'PageDown' key.

• A 'Purchase Order As On' window will appear.

• Press 'F11' key on particular entry which user needs to save into PDF format.

• An 'Email' window will appear.
• The user will select 'Save bill format in PDF'.

• A 'Save' window will appear in which user needs will define the path to export the selected purchase order entry.

• Then click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'File Saved!' alert will appear.

After following the above steps, the user can export Purchase Order entry into PDF format.

1. Go to Transaction > Purchase Order > Modify.

2. The user will select 'All time' from drop down and then press 'Enter' key twice.

3. Press 'Enter' key on the selected bill.

4. Click on 'Print' button.

5. Now the user will press 'O' key and click on 'PDF'.
