How to export selected Purchase Order into Excel format in Marg Software ?

  • Go to Transaction > Purchase Order > Modify.


  • A 'Modify' window will appear. 
  • The user will Select the options as per the Requirement i.e. bill no, bill date etc. and then press 'PageDown' key.

  • A 'Purchase Order As On' window will appear.
  • Press 'F11' key on particular entry which user needs to save into excel format.

  • An 'Email' window will appear.
  • The user will select 'Save Softcopy'.

  • A 'Soft Copy File Name' window will appear in which user needs will define the path to export the selected purchase order entry.
  • Then click on ‘Accept’.

After following the above steps, the user can export Purchase Order entry into excel format.
