When create purchase order cursor not wait on batch and expiry date ?

Process to Set Cursor Wait on Expiry and Batch at the Time of Creating Purchase Order

Overview: In Marg ERP software there is option for ‘Expiry’ and ‘Batch’ this option is used, to feed Expiry date and Batch number of the particular item to monitor the inventory in order to decrease the chances of losses and failures.

However, if at the time of creating Purchase order the cursor does not wait on Batch and Expiry then for that follow the given steps:

Note: In the above image the Cursor did not wait on Expiry and Batch.

Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.

A Control Room window will appear.

The user will select ‘Search in All’. Press Enter.

A Controls window will appear.

The user will search“MRP wise Order” and then click on ‘Accept’.

A MRP wise order window will appear.

In Batch/Size/MRP wise Y-Order Q-Quotation B-Both Control’ the user will set “B”.

The user will now press Escape key twice.

 Then to save changes click on ‘Yes’.

By following the above steps the user can set cursor wait on Expiry and Batch at the Time of Creating Purchase Order.
