If all the characters of the Bill No. is not shown in Purchase Tax Register then this issue can be resolved. To resolve this issue, the user will follow the below steps:

• Go to Books > Purchase Register.

• A Purchase account window will appear. Press 'F3' function key on it.

• Then select 'Register'.

• In the next user will select 'Date Wise Register'.

• Then a Date wise Register window will appear. In 'More Option', the user will select "Yes".

• A Control box window will appear. In 'Bill No.' option, the can increase the character of bill number as per the requirement.
  

• Then press page down key.

• Again press 'Page down' key.

• Then click on 'View' button.

After following the above steps, the all characters of Bill No. will get displayed in Purchase Tax Register Report.

1. Go to GST > Tax Register & Summaries >Purchase Register.

2. The user select the basis of the report as per the requirement.

3. Select the options and in 'More option', the user will select 'Yes'.

4. In 'Bill No.' option, the user will mention the number of character that needs to be displayed of the bill number in the report.

5. Press 'PageDown' key twice.

6. The user will click on 'View/Print' as per the requirement.
