With the help of Marg ERP Software, the user can easily view the report of HSN wise purchase summary which provide the detailed information about the purchase transaction which has been made in the firm and infact with the HSN details.

In order to view the report, follow the given steps:

• Go to Daily Reports > Purchase Report > Product/Company/Category wise Report.

• A Product wise rate report window will appear.

• The user will Feed Date range.

• In 'Report For', the user will select the nature of transaction for which the report needs to be viewed.

• Suppose we are viewing the report of HSN wise purchase summary so we are selecting 'Purchase'.

• In 'HSN/SAC' the user will select "Yes" and select other options as per the requirement.

• Then click on Report.

• A Select Company window will appear on which the all companies would be selected by default so Press 'Enter' on it. 

• A Select HSN window will appear. 

• The user will select the HSN as per the requirement.

Note: Single HSN can be selected by plus (+) or space bar key and all HSN can be selected by Asterisk (*) key.

• A Select Party window will appear on which the all parties would be selected by default so Press 'Enter' on it. 

• Then click on View/Print/Excel as per requirement. 

• Suppose click on 'View.

After following the above steps purchase report HSN wise will get generated.
