• Go to Daily Reports > Purchase Report > Shelf Life Statement.

The user will select the filters as per the requirement.

a. Stock Add: Select the option as per the requirement.

No: To view the report without Stock receive transaction details.

Yes: To view the report with Stock receive transaction details.

Only: To view reports of only Stock receive transaction details.

b. Challan: The user will select 'Yes' to include challan otherwise, keep it as 'No'.

c. From: The user will enter the date from which date report needs to be viewed.

d. To: The user will enter the date upto which date report needs to be viewed.

e. Report For: The user will select 'All' to view all stock reports or select 'Short' to view the shortage stock report.

f. Cash/Cr/Dis.: The user will select Cash/Credit/Discount as per the requirement.

Click on 'View/Print' button as per the requirement.

Suppose select 'View'.

• The user will select the supplier as per the requirement and press 'Enter' key.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' or Plus '+' key to select a particular Supplier or Press Asterisk '*' to select All Suppliers. 

 After following the above steps, the user can view the Shelf Life Statement Report will get generated in Marg ERP Software.
