Process to View Company Product Wise Purchase Summary in Marg Software

OVERVIEW OF COMPANY PRODUCT WISE PURCHASE SUMMARY IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Company Product wise Purchase Summary display the amount of goods the user has brought out from a particular company. It also display Quantity and value of the product. However, In Marg Software, the user can view the Company Product wise Purchase Summary.

PROCESS TO VIEW COMPANY PRODUCT WISE PURCHASE SUMMARY IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Daily Reports > Purchase Report > Company/Product wise Summary.

A 'Company/Product wise Summary' window will appear.

a. Stock Add: The user will select following as per the requirement.

Yes: To  view report with Stock Receive details.

No: To do not view report with Stock Receive details.

Only: To view report of only Stock Receive details.

b. Report For: The user will select 'Purchase'.

c. From-To: The user will mention from which date till which date report needs to be view.

Click on 'View/Print' as per the requirement.

Suppose click on 'View'.

• A 'Select Company' window will appear.

• The user will select company as per the requirement and press 'Enter' key on it.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' key or Plus '+' key to select a particular Company or Press Asterisk '*' key to select All Companies. 

After following the above steps, the user can view Company Product wise Purchase report will get Displayed in Marg Software.
