The sign of the cross is shown in front of the item at the time of creating a Purchase Return because the user has already returned that item and after that the purchase return has been deleted from the records.

• In order to resolve this issue the user has to press 'Delete' key on the item.

• Thereafter the cross(x) sign will get removed in front of the item.

• Now, the user can create purchase return as per the requirement.
