• Go to Transactions > Purchase Return > Modify Challan.

• A 'Modify' window will appear.

• The user will select the option as per the requirement i.e. bill number,bill date etc.

• A 'Purhcase Return Challan' as on window will appear.

• The user will select entry which needs to be printed and press 'Enter' on it.

• A 'Purchase Return Challan Alteration' window will appear.

• Click on 'Print' to print the selected entry.

• Now on printing window the user needs to press 'Enter'.

• A 'Printing Port' window will appear.

• The user will select the printer port as per the requirement.

After following the above steps, the user can view that selected purchase return entry is being printed.
