• Go to Transactions > Purchase Return > Modify Challan.

• A ‘Modify’ window will appear.

• The user will select the options as per the requirement like bill date, bill number, etc. 

• A ‘Purchase Return Challan as on’ window will appear. 

• The user will press the 'F11' function key on the transaction (which needs to be exported).

• An ‘Email’ window will appear.

• Click on ‘Save Bill Format in PDF'. 

• A 'Save' window will appear.

• The user can view the location where the file is being exported.

• Then click on 'Accept'.

• Now the user can view that the file is being exported.

After following the above steps, the purchase return challan entry will be exported in PDF Format.
