If Tax does not Calculate on Some Item in Purchase Return then how to resolve it in Marg ERP Software ?

In Marg ERP Software, if Tax does not calculate on some item in Purchase Return then it can be resolved easily.

  • The user can view on item 'Amifru 40' tax is not calculating.

  • In 'Amlogard 5MG' item tax is calculating.

In order to Calculate Tax in all items, the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

  • The user will select ‘Search in all’. 

  • The user will search 'Return Tax' and click on ‘Accept’ button.

  • In 'Return Tax Zero Based on Filing Date 1-Auto 2-Ask 3-Always Ask 4-No' option, the user will select '4'.

  • The user will press 'ESC' key twice.

  • Now, click on ‘Yes’ button to save the changes.

  • While Modifying Purchase Return, the user will press 'PageUp' key in blank line.

  • In 'Load Tax Type' option, the user will select 'Yes' and press 'PageDown' key.

  • The user can view tax will get loaded into the item.

  • Press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Yes' to save changes.

After following the above steps, the user can Load Tax in all Item in Purchase Return in Marg ERP Software.

1. Go to Transaction > Purchase Return > Debit Note.

2. A 'Purchase Return Entry' window will appear, the user will select the option as per the requirement.

3. Now, when the cursor stops on the 'Type' field, Press 'SpaceBar' / 'F2' / 'F7' key on it. If the Cursor not wait on Type

4. The user will select the type 'Local/Central' as per the requirement and then press 'Enter' key. All Sale Type not show

5. Press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Yes' to save changes.
