In Marg Software, if the user needs to convert Purchase Return Challan into Purchase Return, then it can be easily done.

Suppose CDN00001 is a Purchase Return Challan, that needs to be converted into a Purchase Return. 

In order to Convert Purchase Return Challan into Purchase Return, the user needs to follow the below steps.

• Go to Transactions > Purchase Return > Debit Note.

• A 'Purchase Return Entry' window will appear.
• In 'Date' field, the user will mention the date as per the requirement.
• Suppose mention '01-12-2023'.

• A 'Ledger' window will appear.
• The user will press 'Enter' key on the particular party for which the Purchase return needs to be converted.
• Suppose select 'Ranbaxy India Ltd.'.

• In 'Party No.' field the user will mention the number from the party side.
• Suppose mention '01'.

• A 'Bills Details' window will appear.
• The user will press 'ESC' key.

• A 'Pending Challans Purchase Return' window will appear.
• The user will click on 'Select' button.

• A 'Select Challans' window will appear.
• The user will press '+' key to select the challan and press 'Enter' key.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' key or Plus '+' key to select a particular Company or Press Asterisk '*' key to select All Company. 

• A 'Challan Loading' window will appear.
• The user can view the challan item, press 'Enter' key.

• A 'Return' window will appear where the user will press 'ESC' key.

• The user can view the Challan Item will get loaded in Purchase Return.
• Press 'Ctrl+W' key.

• Click on 'Save Bill' to save changes.

After following the above steps, the user can Convert Purchase Return Challan in Purchase Return in Marg Software.
