• Go to Transactions > Purchase > Modify Challan.

• A 'Modify' window will appear.

• The user will select the option as per the requirement i.e. bill number , bill date etc.

• A 'Purchase Challan' window will appear.

• The user will select purchase challan which needs to be printed.

• Suppose select 'CP000001' and press 'Enter' key.

• A 'Purchase Challan Alteration' window will appear.

• Click on 'Print' tab.

• A 'Print GUI-AC' window will appear.

• The user will press 'Enter' key.

• A 'Printing Port' window will appear.

• The user will select the printer port as per the requirement.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the purchase challan will get printed through Marg Software.
