• Go to Transactions >> Purchase >> Modify Challan.

• A 'Modify' window will appear.
• In 'No?' option, the user will mention challan no to view particular challan.
• In 'Date' option, the user will mention from wihch date till which date challan needs to be view.

• A 'Purchase Challan' window will appear.
• The user will select challan which needs to be cancel.
• Suppose select 'CP000001' and press 'Enter' key.

• Now a 'Purchase Challan Alteration' window will appear.

• The user will click on 'Cancel' to cancel the selected bill.

• Now a 'Cancellation Remark' window will appear, in which user needs to mention the remark (i.e. reason to cancel the Challan).

Note: It is mandatory to give any remark before the cancellation of Challan.

• A 'Be Careful!' alert window will appear.

• The user will click on 'Yes' in order to cancel challan.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the selected purchase challan has been cancelled in Marg Software.
