• Go to Transactions > Purchase > Challan.

• A 'Purchase Challan Entry' window will appear.

• In ‘Date’ field, the user will mention the Date on which Purchase Challan needs to be create.

• Suppose mention '28-02-2023'.

• A 'Ledgers' window will appear.

• The user will select the party for which the purchase challan needs to be create.

• Suppose select 'Ranbaxy India Ltd.'.

• Now the software will Auto pick the Entry number.

• In ‘Party No.’ field, the user will enter the party number.

• Suppose enter '001'.

In 'Type' field the user will press 'F7' key or 'SpaceBar' key. If the Cursor not wait sale type

• A 'Purchase Type' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Lp 0%/CS 0%/Lp Tax free' sale type as per the requirement. Press 'Enter'. If all Sale Type not show

• Suppose select 'CP 0%'.

• Now the user will press 'Enter' key to open Item List.

• An 'Items' window will appear.

• The user will select those items for which Purchase Challan needs to be created.

• Suppose select ‘Crocin Pain Relief’. Press 'Enter' key.

• The user will now mention the Quantity.

• Suppose mention '10'.

• The user will enter the Rate of the Item as per the requirement.

• Suppose mention '30'.

• Similarly the user will select more items in challan as per the requirement and GST will not Calculate in Challan.

• Press 'End' key to save the Entry.

• A 'Save Changes' window will appear where the user will select 'Yes'.

After following the above steps, the user can create Purchase Challan Without Tax in Marg Software.
