Marg Software facilitates the user to record all purchase transactions that are made by an organization by using the purchase menu. 

If the user needs to delete a purchase bill then the user needs to follow the below mentioned steps:

• Go to Transactions > Purchase > Modify Bill. Press Enter.

• A ‘Modify’ window will appear.

• The user will select the options as per the Requirement i.e. bill no, bill date etc.

• Now a ‘Purchase As On’ window will appear.

• Press enter on the selected entry.

• Now a Purchase Alteration window will appear.

• Click on the 'Delete' to delete the selected bill.

• A ‘Be careful!  Delete this voucher’ Dialogue box will appear in which the user will click on  ‘Yes’ to delete the selected entry.

After following the above steps, the selected purchase bill will get deleted from the software.
