If Purchase order value get changed after converting it into purchase bill, then this issue can be resolved.

In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. 

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Pick Rate'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Pick Rate' window will appear.

• In 'Pick R-Rates & D-Discounts Y-Both from Sales/Purchase Order' option, the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the purchase order value will not be changed after converting it in the purchase bill.
