In Marg software the user can implement various types of discounts like volume discount, discount on bill value, item discount etc. In order to enable Bill discount in Amount, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room. Press Enter.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in All’. Press Enter.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search “Bill Discount”.

• Click on ‘Accept’. 

• A 'Bill Discount' window will appear.

• In ‘Bill Discount Y-Both/S-Sale/P-Purchase option’, the user will select “Y”.

• In ‘Ask discount in Amount N-No P-Purchase S-Sale B-Both option’, the user will select “B”.

• In 'Ask B-Bill/I-Item/Y-Both Discount on Billing' option’, the user will select “B”.

• The user will now press 'Escape' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save changes.

After following the above steps, the Bill discount will be ask in Amount while billing.
