How to decrease the Stock of Free Quantity from the Actual Quantity while creating Purchase Bill in Marg Software ?

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.
  

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Free'.

• Click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Free' window will appear.

• In 'Reverse Free Effect on Purchase' option, the user will select 'Y'.

• Then press 'ESC' key twice.

• Then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the Free Qty will get decrease from Actual Qty while creating Purchase Bill in Marg Software.
