How to decrease the Stock of Free Quantity from the Actual Quantity while creating Purchase Bill in Marg Software ?
- Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.
- A 'Control Room' window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’.
- A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Free'.
- Click on ‘Accept’.
- A 'Free' window will appear.
- In 'Reverse Free Effect on Purchase' option, the user will select 'Y'.
- Then press 'ESC' key twice.
- Then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
After following the above steps, the Free Qty will get decrease from Actual Qty while creating Purchase Bill in Marg Software.
